To ensure your party is a smashing success, here is some useful information:

Directions- Download for directions; 

Invitations- Download your party invitations;

Cancellation and Stay and Play- Information is located on the right of the page;

Choice of Birthday Cakes- View our selection of themed Birthday cakes;

Duration- Birthday Parties last 2 hours, and you are welcomed to stay after the party has ended (please see our Stay and Play Policy);

Party Rooms- All parties enjoy the use of their own private party room for the duration of the party;

Height and Weight Restrictions- Some activities have height and weight restrictions. Please see the ride restrictions information or see individual attractions for details;

Footwear- You must wear socks on the Jungle Gym. Bare feet are not permitted, and shoes recommended for Rock Climbing;

Payment- A $50.00 credit card deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due on the day of the event. When paying by cash or Interac, you must pay the equivalent of a minimum 8-child group plus tax in advance. We accept Interac, Visa, and Mastercard.
